When God first created this world and people, we were all one, with a common language. It wasn’t until the Tower of Babel (StoryBoard 2) that God miraculously caused people to begin speaking in different languages. It was a way for Him to divide them into people groups who would then spread throughout the world instead of all staying in one place together.

In StoryBoard 3 God chose Abraham out of the entire world to be a part of His plan to bring all people back into a relationship with Him, forever. It was through one of Abraham’s descendants that all the people of the world would be blessed. Abraham was known as the Hebrew, and his descendants became the Jews. But the blessing that was to come through his family was for the entire world.

StoryBoard 12 tells us about Jesus – the promised one who came for all of us. His life, death, and resurrection made it possible for all of us to walk with God again. And that new life is for all of us, no matter what language we speak or what color our skin might be.
